WINGMAN WATERFOWL: MAP PRICING

I. Purpose of Policy: Wingman Waterfowl (the “Manufacturer”) has spent years building a reputation for high-performance gear. To protect our brand image and the margins of our authorized retailers, we have established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. This ensures that the playing field is level and that our products are not devalued by aggressive discount advertising.

II. Price Schedule: The following table outlines the current MAP for the Wingman Waterfowl product line. 

Webbed Ankle Boot MSRP: $129.99
Bayou Knee Boot MSRP: $149.99 (non-insulated) and $179.99 (400gram)
Headwear MSRP: $31.99

Clothing, Duck Calls, Accessories and Other Items MSRP: Should Not Exceed that of those Presented on Wingman Waterfowl's Official Website.

MAP: Should Not Be More Than 10% Below MSRP.

III. Policy Guidelines Advertising Defined: This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to: print, radio, television, direct mail, social media, and "Add to Cart for Price" digital features.

Bundling: If a Wingman Waterfowl product is bundled with another product, the total advertised price of the bundle must be equal to or greater than the combined MAP of the individual items.

Short-Term Promotions: Retailers may only advertise below MAP during Manufacturer-sanctioned sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Season Kick-off) for a maximum of 40% percent below MSRP. Otherwise, you will receive written notice for these authorized "MAP Holiday" periods.

Violations: 1. First Violation: Written warning and 24 hours to correct the price. 2. Second Violation: 30-day suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges. 3. Third Violation: Permanent termination of the Retailer Agreement. IV. Manufacturer’s Right: Wingman Waterfowl reserves the right to update this list at any time. Retailers will be given 30 days' notice before any price increases or decreases take effect on this sheet. V. Acknowledgement: By placing a wholesale order with Wingman Waterfowl, the Retailer acknowledges receipt of this MAP Pricing and agrees to abide by the terms set forth above.
