Exchanges *

 Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be exchanged for another size up to 30 days after purchase.Upon completion of your exchange via the portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the exchange and send out the new item(s) to the original shipping address. Email notifications, including tracking information, will be sent throughout the exchange process. Shipping and Handling Fees may apply.

Store Credit *

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card up to 30 days after purchase. Upon completion of your return for store credit via the portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the return for store credit. You will receive a digital gift card in the amount of the return via email to use on our website. Email notifications will be sent throughout the store credit return process. Shipping and Handling Fees may apply.

Refunds - Shipping & Handling Fee *

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags still applied can be returned for a full refund of the original product cost via the payment method used up to 30 days after purchase. Upon completion of your return for a refund via the portal, a return shipping label will be generated for you with instructions for return. Once we receive the original item(s), we will process the return and refund the original payment method minus shipping and handling fees. Email notifications will be sent throughout the refund process.

Shipping Policy *

As we work to Lead in Design, we offer free ground shipping on orders $200+  via UPS Ground® and USPS Priority Mail®. Orders under $200 will incur calculated shipping charges.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, including transit time to the carrier. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will typically be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

1-year Warranty *

Wingman Waterfowl® warrants new products to be free from manufacturer's defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service for up to 1 year after product purchase. If your products fail due to a defect in workmanship or materials, Wingman Waterfowl® will attempt to repair them. All boots with Wingman Waterfowl® waterproof construction are guaranteed waterproof for 6 months from date of purchase. If a repair is not possible, we will replace your product with a new one of similar configuration and price. If no such product is available, we may issue a refund for the full purchase price of the original product at our option. Because Wingman Waterfowl® cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Wingman Waterfowl® or a Wingman Waterfowl® authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Wingman Waterfowl® reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. Wingman Waterfowl® does not warrant that any of its Products provide protection from any wildlife or wildlife interactions and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such incidents.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.WHO IS COVERED UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY: This warranty is for the original purchaser only. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be verified. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY (EXAMPLES OF DEFECTS): Seam leaks, zipper failure, boot separation, seam tape delamination, stitching separation, shoulder strap separation, belt buckle malfunction.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER LIMITED WARRANTY:This limited warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, such as use in substances other than water; modifications; unauthorized repair; wear and tear; or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. Examples of failures not covered by our limited warranty include accidents involving nails in duck blinds, sharp objects on boats, pressure washers, rabbit hunts through briar patches, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time. This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic or incidental damage. This warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals or foreign substances that result in damage to the materials of the Product. Wingman Waterfowl® covers warranty shipping expense and aims to respond to claims within 48 hours. We understand how important it is for you to have functional products, so we will make every effort to have them on their way back to you in 7-10 days.When the damage is not covered by our limited warranty, at your request, Wingman Waterfowl® will make every effort to repair your product for a reasonable fee. All products sent in for Warranty or Repair must be clean. Please be sure to empty all pockets of ammunition and personal property. Wingman Waterfowl® will not process products that, in its sole discretion, do not meet this requirement. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

*Policies are valid in continental U.S. only. Our Policy is in Accordance with Louisiana State Statue. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

If you need to return or exchange items from multiple orders, please create a separate return request for each order number to receive separate shipping labels. Multiple items from different orders returned in the same package will not be processed.
